On completion, you'll receive Mind Demystified's own certification, qualifying you to use the breath practices and techniques taught here in your own work with others. For those who continue to the Teacher path, it's also the first step toward teaching the work — and teaching alongside us in time.

Module 1 | 3 lessons
Foundations of Breath
This module is educational. It blends the yogic tradition with modern physiology, and is not medical or psychological treatment. Where we describe prana, nadis, chakras, or koshas, we are sharing how the yogic tradition understands the body and breath — not making medical or religious claims. The practices here are intended to support calm, focus, and wellbeing. Breathe gently and never strain: if you feel dizzy, light-headed, or unwell, return to your normal breathing and stop. If you are pregnant, or live with a heart, respiratory, or blood-pressure condition, or with anxiety, please check with a qualified professional before starting a new breath practice. Sanskrit and physiological terms are collected in the glossary at the end of this module. Where a term appears for the first time, its plain-English meaning is given nearby.

Breath, Mind and Body
This module is educational. It blends the yogic tradition with modern physiology, and is not medical or psychological treatment. The practices here — including some that use stronger or faster breathing, such as Kapalabhati — are intended to support calm, focus, and wellbeing. Breathe gently and never strain. Some practices are not suitable for everyone. Skip forceful or breath-retention practices if you are pregnant, or live with a heart, respiratory, or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, or with anxiety or panic, unless a qualified professional has advised otherwise. If you feel dizzy, light-headed, or unwell, return to your normal breathing and stop. Breathwork can support emotional steadiness, but it is not a treatment for trauma, anxiety, or depression — please seek a qualified professional for these. Sanskrit and physiological terms are collected in the glossary at the end of this module. Where a term appears for the first time, its plain-English meaning is given nearby.

Depth, Teaching and Daily Life
This module is educational and blends the yogic tradition with modern physiology; it is not medical or psychological treatment. Lessons 8 to 11 include stronger practices — breath retention (kumbhaka) and more forceful breathing such as Kapalabhati and Bhastrika. Approach these gently and build up slowly. Skip forceful or breath-retention practices if you are pregnant, or live with a heart, respiratory, or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, glaucoma, or a hernia, or if you are recovering from surgery or illness — unless a qualified professional has advised otherwise. Never strain; if you feel dizzy, light-headed, or unwell, return to normal breathing and stop. Breathwork can support emotional steadiness, but it is not a treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, or grief — please seek a qualified professional for these. Sanskrit and physiological terms are collected in the glossary at the end of this module. Where a term appears for the first time, its plain-English meaning is given nearby.
